How to Learn More About Yourself Through Writing in a Journal

Writing in a journal can be beneficial at any age for a number of different reasons. By keeping a journal, you will be able to uncover previously repressed feelings, such as resentment or any other emotion that you could be experiencing. It is a form of therapy that can make a person feel better and also aid in the process of finding out more about oneself.
